How can I create a account with homX?

If you have downloaded the HomX app already, you need to create an account with your mobile number.

Can I use someone's else account to book an order?

Yes, you can but prefferably it is suggusted to use your own account for proper billing and location updates.

How to add address to my account?

In your account, go to my profile icon on the top left of the home page, it will show you an option to edit, remove and add an address.

How can I change my address?

In your account, go to my profile icon on the top left of the home page, it will show you an option to edit, remove and add an address.

Can I edit my payment details?

Yes, you can. Go to payment section in My Profile, there you can edit the payment details.

How can I book a service with HomX?

HomX services are operated through HomX App (Android / iOS ), you can download HomX App from play store / Apple store, get yourself registered and sign up with your mobile number. You can use any number that is active to receive SMS. To ensure your real mobile number, HomX will send you a verification code via SMS which you are required to enter for sign up.

Are your service charges/prices negotiable?

No, HomX charges are fixed for minor services operated through our professionals. Our charges are already very affordable and competitive. Only HomX administration reserve rights to make changes in charges, basing on negotiations with registered professionals and market survey. Users may contact HomX administration, in case of any concern about charges.

For how long one is required to wait for execution / response against service requested?

Homx professional will immediately respond to your booked service, followed by his arrival to your location, without any delay, however sometimes busy schedule or extraordinary circumstances may cause 4-6 hours delay.

Can I request your professional for extra services at the spot?

Not to the professional but for that you will book your extra service through our homX app and will ask the professional at your site to immediately accept it, same procedure will be followed for all your extra works in queue. homX company policy does not allow any personal contact /deal between user and professional bypassing hom app. Moreover homX exercise full control over service charges and quality of work done for the utmost satisfaction of customers, in addition to offered bonuses / free of cost services on completion of particular number of services, booked through our homX app. Its pertinent to mention here that as per company policy establishing contact by User with the professionals, bypassing homX app will result into life time suspension of User account from homX, which will never be restored in future.

What are your Timings / Working Hours?

We are open 6 days a Week (Monday to Saturday) from 10 AM to 8 PM. In case of emergency we can also provide our services beyond these hours (overtime) but on payment of extra charges @ 50 %extra of Total Invoice.

Can I schedule my service request for pre booking?

On the home page, you can see the option to book the service available in your area.

Is there a minium value order that I can place?

The orders are customised according to the value, so there is no minimum value order.

Can I re-book the same professional again?

Yes, you can rebook the same professional again, that's not a problem.

Is there any cancellation fee?

You can pay via Cash, Bank transfer or Debit/Credit Card.

How can I see my saved payment details?

In the My Profile section, you can see and edit your payment details.

I am unable to make a payment?
